Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly from Cambodia via DHL Express.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
