How to Measure for a Bangle

Bangle & Bracelet Sizing Guide
  1. Bring your thumb across your palm as if putting on a bangle.
  2. Wrap a soft measuring tape or a piece of string around the widest part of your hand.
  3. Mark where the string or tape overlaps.
  4. Lay the string flat and measure it using a ruler.
  5. Choose the smallest bangle with an inside circumference larger than your hand measurement.

If you already own a bangle that fits well, measuring its inside diameter is the easiest way to find your size.

What's a good fit?

A well-fitting bangle should slide over your hand with a little resistance and rest comfortably on your wrist. It should move slightly as you move, but it shouldn't feel tight or constantly slide over your hand.

A good fit usually means:

  • It slides over your hand without excessive force.
  • it sits comfortably on your wrist without pinching.
  • It moves freely but does not constantly slip off your hand.
  • it does not leave deep marks on your skin
